Luck7 Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Luck7 platform at luck7.bz — whether through a browser on your mobile, tablet, or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement comes into effect the moment you create an account or otherwise interact with the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any service offered by Luck7. Continued use of the platform after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Luck7.

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the Luck7 platform:

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and active Pakistani mobile number. Any false information provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Luck7 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

Luck7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No currency conversion is applied at any stage — the PKR amount you transfer is the amount credited to your Luck7 balance. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and Pakistani debit cards.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your Luck7 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet app. Raast and bank transfers follow the respective institution's processing schedule.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account before you confirm any transaction. Luck7 does not guarantee that deposit requests will always succeed — if a transfer fails at the payment provider's end, contact your payment provider first and then Luck7 support with your transaction reference.

• Deposits must only be made from accounts in your own name.
• Luck7 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if the source of funds cannot be verified.
• Deposit limits may be applied to accounts at Luck7's discretion as part of responsible gaming controls.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or the bank account registered to your Luck7 profile. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes any identity or age verification documents that may have been requested.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, or be in the same name as the registered account holder.

Luck7 may offer bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. Every bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit amount, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed at the point the bonus is offered and in the relevant promotion details page.

By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer. Key general rules applying to all bonuses include:

Once a bet is confirmed via the betting slip, it cannot be cancelled or edited except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that specific market.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Luck7:

• Odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect settled bets.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. If a match starts but is abandoned, settlement follows the specific market rules displayed for that event.
• In-play markets on Luck7 update in real time. Bets placed during a delay in live odds updates remain valid at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.
• Obvious errors in odds — such as a decimal error that produces a clearly incorrect price — are not valid and Luck7 reserves the right to void bets placed at demonstrably incorrect odds.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, delayed data, or system irregularities to place bets with an unfair advantage is a breach of these terms and may result in bet voidance and account suspension.

Casino games available on Luck7 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and table game variants — use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments by third-party providers. The integrity of game outcomes is the responsibility of the respective game provider under their own certification.

Luck7 does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are provided by the game developers and are available within the game information panels. These percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific result for any individual session.

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with Luck7 games or the betting interface outside of normal human play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Luck7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Operating more than one account on the platform.
• Attempting to defraud Luck7 or other players through any means.
• Abusing bonus offers, promotions, or referral programmes.
• Placing bets using automated systems or exploiting technical errors.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or offensive manner towards Luck7 staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Luck7 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining real-money balance will be returned via the registered payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited in cases of confirmed terms violations.

You may also close your Luck7 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending withdrawals are processed.

All content on the Luck7 platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of Luck7 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Luck7 platform without written permission. This includes screen-recording live casino sessions for commercial distribution, copying promotional materials, or using the Luck7 brand name or logo for any purpose not expressly permitted.
